Friday Morning Yard Sales

I visited my all time favorite Yard Sale Store on Friday morning. I even called her house before I left to make sure she was open. Her husband recognized my voice and laughed, then told me she would be open, I said "I better hurry"....you know I want the best deals "first" :-)

I just know they put this sign up for me...ha ha~ these first few pictures are of her store. Of course I've become friends with her because I'm simply in love with her, her store, her house, her garden, her dogs.

This one is of some old hats, a swag lamp, you can't miss one corner of the store, you may miss something good.

Just too many vintage linens for me to go through in just one visit. Can you believe I didn't buy a single piece of linen???

Ok, on to what I did get this past Friday morning.

This plant hanger is wrought iron that she painted white, and holds 5 hanging plants. This will be moved to another part of the yard, hopefully....it was very heavy and Mr. R wasn't the jolliest of men to be unloading my car full of yard sale items. But, I'm sure he will love it once I get some flowers in it.

Yes, an old enamel bedpan, doesn't everyone have one in their flower bed??? 2.00 for the bedpan and 3.00 for the perennial plants for in them. Mr. R insists that this one goes in the back yard....ha ha~

I'm not sure if I want to paint this bird cage white or let it rust, but I think I will be putting an ivy in it, for .75 I just couldn't pass it up.

This camera book was the prize of the day. She had it on her 75% off table, because the covers were coming off. I looked inside at all the wonderful pictures, and said "it's mine". It was 3.25 and with at least 200 pages of wonderful pictures.
What a perfect Friday morning.....
