I think I read this in a magazine lately. If I got it from someones blog...forgive me, and let me know so I can redirect where this cool trick came from.
To cap a strawberry without taking 1/2 the strawberry with it, just insert a straw through the bottom of the strawberry, and it takes the cap right off. I tried it tonight, and was surprised how little waste there was and how nice the strawberry still looks.

Hand over the strawberries and no one gets hurt-lol. I can just taste them dipped in chocolate. Great tip---thanks for that.
